Project enquiries

The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, optional company and project type, and a message. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible project. The submission also includes its time, source, and IP address to help with delivery and abuse prevention.

Our enquiry system sends details to our team through ZeptoMail and records enquiries in Google Sheets through Google Apps Script. Website hosting and these service providers process information as part of operating the site and delivering enquiries. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or confidential client records.

Automated website chat

Chat messages are processed to provide automated answers about our services. The website keeps the visible conversation in browser memory while the page is open; the chat application does not save a conversation database. Our server keeps temporary IP-based counters to limit excessive requests.

If AI question interpretation is enabled, your question and the previous topic are sent to OpenAI for classification. Replies still use approved website information. Do not share sensitive information in chat. Chat does not connect you to a live person or send a project enquiry automatically.

When you choose “Send project enquiry”, your messages are placed in a temporary draft in your browser’s session storage. The contact form reads and removes that draft so you can review it before submitting. Only submitting the contact form sends the enquiry to our team.

Preferences and website operations

The website uses local browser storage to remember your light or dark theme. Hosting infrastructure may process request information, such as IP addresses and requested pages, to deliver the website and investigate problems.

Optional website analytics

When analytics is enabled and you choose “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits, pages viewed, application demo clicks, and completed enquiries. Google processes information including browser and device information as part of this service. We do not send your enquiry answers, chat messages, or URL query strings to Analytics. Advertising features are disabled.

Analytics is not loaded before you allow it. You can reject it and continue using the website. Use “Analytics preferences” at the bottom of the page to change your choice. We remember your choice in local browser storage for up to 180 days. Withdrawing permission stops future collection; it does not remove data already collected.

Questions and requests

Contact us to ask about information associated with your enquiry, how long it is retained, or to request access, correction, or deletion. We will review the request and explain what applies to the information involved. Project-specific confidentiality and data-handling requirements should be agreed before you share project data.
